1. Seller and scope

These terms describe purchases of Tibora Coins (TC) offered via tibora.net, a private MMORPG server operated independently from the official game publisher.

The game server rules are available separately at Tibora Rules. These Shop Rules apply to purchases and do not replace statutory consumer rights.

2. What are Tibora Coins?

TC are digital credits for use only within the Tibora game and its official store. They can be used to acquire items, outfits, mounts and other listed in-game offers. TC are not cryptocurrency, electronic money or legal tender and are not redeemable for cash by the server operator.

Purchasing TC is optional and is not necessary to create a game account. Payments for a specified number of TC are purchases, not charitable donations, even though they support the server.

3. Orders and prices

To place an order, the player signs into their own Tibora account, selects a TC package, reviews the displayed price in PLN and accepts these Shop Rules. Before paying, the player should check the chosen package and receiving account.

The price shown for each package is expressed in PLN. Before a paid order is placed, checkout must display the complete payable amount, including applicable taxes and all mandatory additional charges. Digital TC are delivered electronically and have no physical shipping cost. Only the official payment methods presented by tibora.net should be used. Placing an unpaid test order does not constitute a completed TC purchase.

4. Payment and delivery

The online payment operator is HotPay. Available payment methods and any payment-related charges are displayed during checkout before confirmation. Payment instructions sent outside the official checkout should not be trusted.

TC are delivered digitally to the Tibora account identified in the order, with no physical shipment, shipping address or shipping charges. No geographical shipping restrictions apply; using TC requires access to the Tibora server and a valid account. Following confirmation of successful payment, TC are intended to be credited automatically without undue delay. The confirmed order will identify the receiving account and purchased amount. Technical issues may delay delivery. If the TC are not credited, please report the problem through the official support channel; order and payment records will be checked. Never pay a second time just to resolve a missing delivery without contacting support.

5. In-game purchases, withdrawal and refunds

In-game purchases made with TC are final under the voluntary store-return policy. When a player exchanges TC for an item, outfit, mount or another in-game benefit, Tibora does not offer discretionary returns, exchanges or TC refunds merely because the player changes their mind, no longer wants the reward or stops playing. Before confirming an in-game purchase, the player should carefully review the selected offer.

This policy does not exclude statutory consumer rights. Purchasing TC for money is a separate paid transaction. Consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, subject to the applicable statutory exceptions. The fact that the purchased TC have already been used does not, by itself, establish that the right of withdrawal has been lost.

For qualifying digital content supplied without a physical medium, statutory withdrawal rights may be lost only if all legal requirements are fulfilled, including express prior consent to early delivery, acknowledgement of the consequences for withdrawal and the required confirmation on a durable medium. Different rules may apply if the transaction is legally classified as a digital service.

Acceptance of these rules alone is not a waiver of withdrawal rights. Mandatory refunds and remedies remain available in cases including eligible withdrawal, non-delivery, duplicate payment, payment errors or digital content or services not conforming to the contract. Requests are assessed individually in accordance with applicable law.

6. Complaints

Purchase complaint form: SUBMIT A PURCHASE COMPLAINT. Sign in to submit a structured complaint, track its status and read the reply from the administrator.

For purchase issues, please contact Tibora Helpdesk and provide the account name, order details, date, amount and a description of the issue. Do not send your password or payment-card credentials.

Complaints may be submitted through the Helpdesk or by e-mail to noreply@tibora.net. Consumer complaints will be answered within 14 days where the statutory 14-day response deadline applies. Statutory remedies remain available for digital content or services that do not conform to the contract.

7. Payment disputes and account security

Players should use only official payment methods. Tibora staff never require a password to deliver purchased TC. Suspected fraud, knowingly unauthorized payments and deliberate abuse may be investigated and may lead to proportionate account restrictions where justified.

Players are encouraged to contact Tibora support about payment issues before opening a payment dispute, but they remain free to use lawful complaints, chargebacks and other remedies. Genuine disputes do not automatically justify an account ban. Where a payment is lawfully reversed, the corresponding TC may be corrected or deducted where lawful and technically possible.

Violations of game rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent account bans regardless of past purchases. An account sanction does not extinguish statutory rights connected with paid orders.

8. Electronic services and contract termination

The seller provides access to the purchase interface and, enables ordering digital TC through the website. To make an order, the buyer needs internet access, a compatible web browser, and an active Tibora account. Creating an account and using the website are subject to the separate game and account rules.

A TC purchase contract is formed only after an order is duly submitted and accepted through the enabled payment checkout, in accordance with the information shown at checkout. A purchase does not create a recurring subscription. Individual paid orders are fulfilled through digital delivery of TC; any statutory withdrawal, termination or non-conformity remedies remain unaffected. An account may be closed under the separate game rules, without waiving legal rights concerning orders.

9. Minors and account responsibility

Players who are minors should obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian where required by law. Account holders are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and checking orders before confirming payment, without prejudice to their statutory rights.

10. Conformity, complaints and guarantees

Digital TC and the related digital service must conform to the contract under applicable law. If they do not, a consumer may seek the statutory remedies available for digital content or digital services, which may include bringing them into conformity, price reduction or termination and reimbursement where legally justified. No additional commercial guarantee is offered unless expressly specified in an individual offer. Statutory rights are not limited by the absence of a commercial guarantee.

11. Personal data and privacy

Personal data used for account administration, ordering, payment verification, fulfilment and complaints are processed for those purposes and as required by applicable law. The seller provides privacy information covering legal bases for processing, retention, recipients, customer rights and a contact channel for privacy inquiries. Payment providers independently process the payment data necessary for their services under their own notices.

12. Service changes and final provisions

The operator may carry out maintenance and change future offers. Changes to these terms do not retroactively remove rights under orders already placed. If the server stops operating, obligations relating to existing paid orders remain subject to applicable law.

Polish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply to individual buyers. A copy of the applicable terms and required purchase confirmation must be supplied on a durable medium as required by law. These rules apply to purchases through the active checkout, subject to the terms presented and accepted at the time of each order.
